Life Coach and Counselling

Having spent the last 25 years as a counsellor, moving in to the field of Life Coaching was a natural course for me.

During these years many people have changed their lives for the better. Some have gone through divorce, some have had abusive childhoods, some have been drug addicts and alcoholics, some are leaders or failures in the business field, but they all have one thing in common, the desire to achieve a more successful life.

Through Life coaching they have all learned to put the things that have stopped them achieveing this to one side. They have learned the ability to self believe.

Maybe your career needs a boost, or your confidence needs a lift, or just a bit of help with your self belief.

We all have the power to achieve the best, it’s just learning how!

I have recently set up a Life Coaching For Kids program. Helping children to get through those difficult years of school.

Children often feel isolated and alone when going through difficulties, which can lead to their grades suffering.

Coaching will help them to gain self confidence at the time when it’s most important for them.
