I have developed my coaching style over the last 20 years. Good at building rapport and creating a safe and confidential space for coachees to explore their issues and find solutions which work for them. My style is to encourage reflection, raise awareness and support the coachee to find alternatives and thus make different choices. Whilst supportive and empathetic her style embraces humour and challenge to shift thinking. I am particularly skilled at supporting people in career transition using a range of non directive coaching techniques and structured interventions. I spent 10 years a s a ‘headhunter’ and am still working in recruitment on a freelance basis. I am a qualified psychometric tester and trained interviewer.
